OUR TRUSTEES:

  • Each Trustee provides an independent view and creative contribution to our Charity in its pursuit and delivery of our strategic vision and Business Plan;
  • We constructively challenge, monitor and support our fellow Trustees and hold them to account for the delivery of the strategic vision, organisational priorities and business plan objectives;
  • We build and maintain relationships with key partners to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Charity;
  • We attend the Company’s Committee meetings and provide assurance regarding the Charity’s governance framework;
  • We role model the Charity’s values (compassion, justice, community and dignity) and ensure that the organisation promotes equality and diversity for Stakeholders and Staff alike.

To manage the overall operations of the Charity. Develop and approve strategies to ensure positive outcomes. Effectively manage and support the Senior Management Team.

As a member of the Senior Management Team oversee the Charity’s financial, administrative and risk management factors. To determine the overall financial direction for the organisation. Responsibility for the organisation’s budget, funding and expenses, investigating any financial discrepancies and reporting these to the Chief Executive Officer in the first instance.

To direct and co-ordinate the internal structure of the Charity based on policies, procedures, goals and objectives to ensure an effective working environment and find solutions to resolve all logistical challenges.

To co-ordinate volunteer positions to meet the needs of the Charity, ensuring appropriate security clearance in accordance with the aims and objectives.

As a member of the Senior Management Team plan and oversee the Charity’s operations, policies, rules and initiatives to meet overall goals. Support the Senior Management Team in meeting overall plans, building in regular reviews.
